  • Counselling

I will work with you to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I will make every effort to understand your perspective, and to see and feel the world through your eyes. This will help to create a therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect, where you feel heard and your feelings validated.

  • Coaching

Coaching is a forward focused dynamic approach to explore what you would like to change in your life, and help you to identify solutions that will make the changes you are searching for. We would spend time looking at where you are now and where you would like to be.  The coaching will include asking searching questions, challenging limiting beliefs and behaviours that maybe holding you back. It will work at identifying and clarifying the goals you hold dear and to maximising the potential to reach them

Feelings of stuckness, confusion and uncertainty associated with life change – this may lead to anxiety, depression, and a sense of overwhelm. Divorce/relationship/health/menopause/loss can lead to high levels of stress, feeling challenged, concern that you can’t move forward or “see the wood for the trees”.
